AN ACT RELATING TO TAIL LAMPS; AMENDING
SECTION 49-906, IDAHO CODE, TO AUTHORIZE
THE DISPLAY ON VEHICLES THIRTY YEARS OLD
OR OLDER OF CERTAIN TAIL LAMPS.

49-906 SECTION 1: PART 4

Nothing herein shall prohibit the display on any vehicle thirty (30) years old or older of tail lamps containing a blue or purple insert lens not to exceedone (1) inch in diameter, provided the tail lamps otherwise comply with the requirements of this section.
